Project was the replacement of a 75 Ton Air Cooled Chiller located at Building 118, NAS Jacksonville, with a new 80 Ton Air Cooled Chiller. Included replacing chilled water pumps and piping.
Replacement of Multiple HVAC Units (B848A)
BVM replaced 6-ton and 7.5-ton existing air handlers in B848A at NAS Jacksonville, FL which served flight simulators. Project included coordination with the customer to work around training schedules and maintaining a tight construction schedule to minimize the impact on the customer.
NOTU Cape Canaveral – Chiller & Air Handler Replacement
BVM replaced two 60-ton air-cooled chillers and the outdoor air handler at NOTU, Cape Canaveral. The scope included removal of the existing units, installation of two Trane CGAM 60-ton chillers, replacement of isolation valves, thermometers, and pressure gauges, new electrical circuits, and installation of a Trane chilled water Climate Changer air handler with updated controls.
Wellness Center (B867) – AC & Air Handler Replacement
This project included replacement of a 10-ton air conditioning unit and air handler. BVM provided and installed a new 208/230V, 3-phase, 10-ton straight cool condenser and matching air handler. The project also involved acoustical ceiling work, new ductwork and piping, electrical connections, dampers, thermostats, and a standalone DDC user interface.
Basketball Court at Gym (B614) – Rooftop AC Replacement
BVM removed and replaced a 25-ton Trane rooftop unit using crane operations. The new system included a new 208/230V, 3-phase, 25-ton straight cool rooftop unit with upgraded ductwork, electrical connections, and controls.
Liberty Center (B816) – AC Unit Replacement
This project included the installation of a new 7.5-ton heat pump air handler and condensing unit, along with new ductwork, electrical connections, controls, and acoustical ceiling modifications to support the upgraded system.
Youth Center Gym – Complete AC Unit Replacement
BVM replaced five 5-ton AC systems and removed a make-up air system at this Youth Center Gym located on NAS Jacksonville.
