BVM replaced two 60-ton air-cooled chillers and the outdoor air handler at NOTU, Cape Canaveral. The scope included removal of the existing units, installation of two Trane CGAM 60-ton chillers, replacement of isolation valves, thermometers, and pressure gauges, new electrical circuits, and installation of a Trane chilled water Climate Changer air handler with updated controls.

This project included replacement of a 10-ton air conditioning unit and air handler. BVM provided and installed a new 208/230V, 3-phase, 10-ton straight cool condenser and matching air handler. The project also involved acoustical ceiling work, new ductwork and piping, electrical connections, dampers, thermostats, and a standalone DDC user interface.
113 E Bay Street – TPO Roof System Replacement

This project required off-hours work and city-approved MOT planning for crane operations in downtown Jacksonville. BVM removed the existing roof down to the deck, replaced damaged decking, and installed new ISO insulation and a TPO roof system. The coordination and technical execution highlighted our expertise in urban and logistically complex environments.

This project focused on water intrusion mitigation, including removal of existing carpet and installation of a new TPO recover roof system. BVM added a tapered ISO system to provide proper drainage and performed deck repairs as needed, delivering a functional and watertight solution.
100 E Adams Street – Interior Renovation & Roof Replacement

BVM supported the interior renovation of this commercial property with wall re-framing, installation of new roof trusses and supports, reconstruction of two storage closets, and re-pouring a section of the concrete slab to allow for new plumbing. Exterior improvements included new roof decking and a 20-year TPO roof system with 3.5” ISO insulation and ½” cover board, along with roof drain inserts, mansard roof repairs, and parapet cap modifications.

BVM installed a roofing system for the new construction of a five-story, 188-unit student housing development, including luxury amenities and a six-story parking structure. We provided a full Johns Manville 20-year NDL 60 Mil TPO roof system, complete with 040 aluminum coping, transition metal, and base-of-wall flashing. The roofing work was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

BVM was proud to deliver roofing services ahead of schedule and under budget for this luxury, 261-unit student housing complex. The five-story facility includes full amenities and a pre-cast concrete parking garage. We installed a full Johns Manville 20-year NDL 60 Mil TPO roof system, including 040 aluminum coping and transition metal, ensuring durability and long-term performance.

This project involved removal of the existing fire alarm control panel and DACT, installation of a new voice evacuation/mass notification system, and a full building fire suppression system. BVM also installed a new underground fire line and connected it to the base’s water supply.

BVM replaced five 5-ton AC systems and removed a make-up air system at this Youth Center Gym located on NAS Jacksonville. The new setup included four wall-mounted, self-contained 5-ton heat pump units, a 208/230V 3-phase DX heat pump air handler, and a matching R-410A condensing unit. Project scope also included new ductwork, electrical connections, and controls.

This three-story re-roofing project included the complete removal and replacement of 280 square feet of existing tile, installation of new roof decking and underlayment, and a small TPO recover section. The project also involved the demolition of an old bell tower, with BVM providing structural re-framing and decking to code. All labor for this high-quality tile re-roof was self-performed.

This design-build project included the development of a 12,000-square-foot metal building on a raised site with 2.5’ of imported fill. BVM performed all site preparation and installed a 6” concrete slab on grade, with 9’x9’x2’ spread footings at each column, and thickened edges at lower, lean-to roof columns. The building features 26-gauge standing seam metal roofing, a custom electrical design including lighting layout, and life safety components.

We performed a complete demolition of the existing roof system and deck at this 16,450-square-foot facility, followed by the installation of new roof joists, structural members, and framing tie-downs. A high-performance, mechanically attached TPO roof system was installed, featuring 3.5” ISO insulation and 60 Mil TPO. Interior scope included demolition, upgrades to plumbing and electrical systems, HVAC enhancements, and minor renovations throughout.

Following damage from Hurricane Matthew, BVM was contracted to perform comprehensive roofing repairs and minor construction services across multiple facilities at NS Mayport. The project included re-roofing, siding replacement, concrete patching, waterproofing, and acoustical ceiling grid and tile installation.
Additional work included landscaping and irrigation repairs, interior and exterior painting, and soffit removal and reconstruction—restoring both structural integrity and aesthetics to the impacted buildings.

Best Value Management provided full design-build services for the complete roof replacement of Building 171 at NAS Jacksonville. The project involved removing the existing built-up roofing system and installing a new 80-mil TPO mechanically fastened roof.
Additional work included canopy roof repairs, roof decking replacement, and the installation of a full lightning protection system and surge protection system. The scope also featured new ladders, a roof access hatch, asphalt pavement improvements, and concrete patching to ensure long-term performance and safety.
