and simultaneously. The BVM Team consists of Expert Executive Management, Project Managers, and

Superintendents who keep things organized while ensuring that all safety and technical requirements, and

contract terms and conditions are met or exceeded without issues. Also, we have Expert Team Members,

Vincent Jones Roofing and Ameritech, who adds to our Team an additional 50 years of experience in all

types of roofing.

Work included: Multiple concurrent roof replacements including design / build services,

standing seam replacement, built up roofing systems, waterproofing, single ply roof

replacements, and various roof repairs and minor construction.

Prime Contractor: Vincent Jones Roofing Inc. -Best Value Management, LLC as a Team

Member.

This Project received a final rating of EXCEPTIONAL by the customer.

W912EP-16-D-0014-0001 Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Design / Build

and Construction CONUS Projects Related to Roofing, DLA B171 NAS Jacksonville, FL Roof

Replacement & Lightning Protection: BVM provided full design / build services for the

USACE. The work included: Complete removal of existing built up roof system to the existing

metal deck, installation of new insulation, and a mechanically fastened TPO 80 Mil roof

system. The work included new roofing at the canopy roofs, a full lightning protection system,

new ladders, access hatch and minor construction.

N69450-17-C-7217 NS Mayport Hurricane Matthew Roofing Repairs & Minor

Construction -Work includes re-roofing, siding, acoustical ceiling grid and tile installation,

concrete patching, storefront installation, landscaping & irrigation, painting, and soffit removal

and repair on multiple buildings.
